The Alpha Network is bringing together a select group of founders, CEOs and executives across the community for a virtual roundtable discussion on ‘Customer Success: Systems and Approaches to Drive Net Retention’. We will be joined by executives from Gainsight, Box, Slack and experienced CEOs at growth and early stage companies excelling in the customer success space. The discussion will be moderated by Ali Rayl, VP of Customer Experience at Slack and driven by input from you. Ali joined Slack during its conception, being tasked with creating the company’s customer support experience, and since then, has cultivated a culture of customer “love” since the company’s beginnings. We will hear from her experiences as well as learn from our curated group of attendees’ challenges, victories, pitfalls, questions and personal experiences in this growing space.
